It is endemic species of Nusa Tenggara. Common in Lombok and Sumbawa.

Elegant Pitta (Pitta elegans)
well, this beautiful bird is common in Lombok and Sumbawa but it is quite hard to see due to its morphology. Small size and has colour resemble with leaf (green) of the trees are the dificulties of seeing this bird species. The only thing that can be a sign for birdwatcher in seeing this bird is just its voice.
Oriental Dwarf Kingfisher (Ceyx erithacus)
This bird is in danger. In Lombok, it is hard to find. The last observation (march, 2012), the total number found of this species is just two. Lets do something to save this bird.
